Friday, we broke down the price of a muffin. One muffin.

Given a recipe, we had to shop, compute the price of one muffin when making a batch and buying ingredients in the quantities available at the store, and then determined markup and profit margin.

And then we realized we needed packaging, marketing, compensation for our time... So many layers to pricing.

We also looked at how AI (artificial intelligence) could be used to help us price our product.

It was a productive Friday.
