About Me
Hi, my name is Rachel Sigrist and I am a senior at Arcola High School. I am involved in many school activities and clubs including; volleyball, NAHS, NHS, Student Council, and AFS. After high school I plan to go to college to study business, specifically accounting or finance. I joined CEO as a way to learn more about the business field and entrepreneurship. I thought that it was the perfect opportunity to get out of my comfort zone and be more involved in the community.

About My Business
The Begonia Bakery is a small home bakery located in Arcola, Illinois. My bakery is dedicated to my late mother, Lisa Sigrist, who was an extraordinary baker and taught me all that I know. At Begonia Bakery, I specialize in speciality sweet breads, muffins, cookies, and custom made treats. My goods are made with traditional family recipes and everything is fresh to order using fine, quality ingredients. My vision is to continue my mothers legacy and provide individuals in surrounding communities with access to memorable and delicious homemade goods.
